How fast can I get on the road?

Do you run credit checks?

Only a soft check – it never affects your credit score. We focus on your Private Hire licence and driving history. Over 95% of drivers get approved instantly, even newcomers.

What deposit is required?

Just £500–£800, fully refundable when you finish or own the car. No massive bank-style deposits.

What documents do I need?

Valid UK/EU driving licence, Current Private Hire (PHV) badge, Proof of address & National Insurance number That's all – we guide new drivers through TfL approval if needed.

What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns may incur additional charges. We provide a grace period of 29 minutes, after which hourly charges apply. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid penalties and ensure vehicle availability.

Can I use the car on all platforms?

100% yes – fully licensed for Uber, Bolt, Ola, FreeNow and Addison Lee.

What fuel policy do you have?

Our standard fuel policy is "Full to Full" - you receive the car with a full tank and should return it with a full tank. If you return the car with less fuel, We'll charge for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee. Pre-paid fuel options are also available.

Do you offer roadside assistance?

Yes, We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rental vehicles. Our support team is available around the clock to help with breakdowns, flat tires, lockouts or any other roadside emergencies. Contact information is provided in your rental agreement.

What are the rental terms for PCO vehicles?

PCO car rentals are typically available on weekly or monthly terms. We offer flexible rental periods to suit your needs. Minimum rental periods may apply and longer-term rentals often come with discounted rates.

What happens if I don't want to buy the car?

If you choose not to purchase the vehicle, you simply return it at the end of your rental period. There are no penalties for not exercising the purchase option. You've only paid for the rental period.
